Hello, and welcome to the Life’s A Game Podcast!
Moving swiftly onto our third podcast, I was lucky enough to have five guests this week without it being clustered or crowded. The guests joining me this time around were several Gaminglives.com writers, including Markuz Reid (the site’s creator) and Lee Williams, with Mark Smith and Adam Freeman making a welcome return after the first podcast, and Christopher Hartnup making it three in a row. There were some technical difficulties in the making of this episode, which unfortunately meant not all of the podcast’s members were able to see it through to the end of the episode. Thanks to the magical power of editing, you shouldn’t be able to notice, and it’s probably not my best idea telling you about it. Whoops.
Things discussed included, but were not limited to: Our games of the week, Fifa 10, Super Mario Strikers, Deus Ex and Adam Jensen’s potential vampirism, MMOs, sexual innuendos and projectors, Randy Pitchford’s love for Duke Nukem, Adam’s experiences with Battlefield 3, From Dust, LA Noire, Borderlands, Farenheit and Heavy Rain, our recommendations of the week, the Battleship movie, Liam Neeson, submarine films and the Ultimate Man-Off. Though not necessarily in that order.
If you have any ideas of topics you’d like us to discuss or ways we could improve future podcasts, don’t hesitate to let us know in the comments below! Any suggestions and valid criticisms will be taken on board and applied where possible to help improve the podcast in the long term.
I’d like to thank the following people for taking part in the podcast, and I hope they’ll join me very soon. If you want to check out their stuff outside this podcast, take a gander below for the podcast attendees, their Twitter and Gaminglives pages, and where applicable, their blogs:
